Our Co-op

A shared legacy

Creating value, succeeding together

Located in northern and northcentral North Dakota, Legacy Cooperative is member-owned and community driven.

We strive to be more than a business, by innovatively meeting the needs of the communities we serve. As a result, we plan and invest to create long-term value – not just immediate financial rewards for our shareholders.

Our patrons and employees cooperate to deliver continuous improvement, in good times and, especially, in bad. And each improvement we make protects and grows the dollars we’ve invested in the overall operation – our cooperative legacy.

Our vision, mission and values are the foundation for how Legacy Cooperative came to be, how we have grown, the investments made and the improved services and delivery of products.

Our Annual Meeting is held the last Tuesday in March each year. Members of Legacy Cooperative are encouraged to attend and review the Annual Report.

Community

We proudly support the communities we serve with resources, time, and expertise. We encourage our employees’ activities in local organizations and schools, and we routinely sponsor worthwhile local causes and events.
